We are a multi-dimensional team that works with attorneys nationwide as well as commercial container industry clients nationwide.

Who you are: ready to hit the ground running, excellent command of English and English grammar (for email communication). People find it easy to talk to you on the phone and you're often called friendly. You're hard-working and take initiative. You don't know everything but you learn easily. What you'll be doing: You'll be helping to coordinate meetings with clients, which will often require a phone call or two (not much).

Your main job function and role are to check email, respond to emails, delegate items in emails, and coordinate monthly meetings via email.

Some tools we use:

Teamwork for assignments and tasks Slack for daily communication Guru (think Wikipedia for emails, it will instruct you on how to respond to emails) Google Docs Gmail Google Meet Zoom

Typical work scenarios:

Check email, check slack. See an email from a client with an issue, and reference the Guru Chrome extension on how to respond/proceed. You will usually respond to the email letting the client know that you have alerted the appropriate team and will provide an update once completed.

Schedule a meeting: you will cross-check check the team calendar and find openings for potential meeting dates/times, and reach out to the client with those options. Once the client responds with the best date/times, you will schedule the meeting on Google Calendar, and Zoom and then send the invitation to all parties for that meeting.
