The Customer Service Associate's duties will include:
- Maintaining contact with clients through various mediums
- Contacting suppliers/brands and relaying information
- Researching and monitoring transports and packages
- Dealing with claims for broken items
- Sending out RMA forms and accepting them
- Handling canceled orders
- Addressing Customer Concerns About Our Products
- Keeping tabs on orders, conducting necessary research, and finding satisfactory solutions to any problems that may arise
