The Customer Service Associate's duties will include:

  • Maintaining contact with clients through various mediums
  • Contacting suppliers/brands and relaying information
  • Researching and monitoring transports and packages
  • Dealing with claims for broken items
  • Sending out RMA forms and accepting them
  • Handling canceled orders
  • Addressing Customer Concerns About Our Products
  • Keeping tabs on orders, conducting necessary research, and finding satisfactory solutions to any problems that may arise
